[Samba] NT Policy Editor

I have since figured it out. I am so used to using the policy editor with
non-domain-capable OS, I didn't do "New Policy," but instead "Open
Registry." I assume that that might be a mistake someone else could make
(or is it just me? ;)) so I figure I'll post to the list. I have since
created an NTconfig.POL and have no problems with it, other than the fact
that I can't specify things like wallpaper on mapped network drives, so I
instead had to specify that with a UNC path instead of a drive letter, but
AFAIK, this is the expected behavior anyway.
