"use client driver" should only be used when you want to share some 
printer drivers using RPC to Windows NT+ clients and allow other printers 
to have clients install the driver locally.  It is a horrible (but 
apparently necessary) hack.  Generally only use it on printers that really 
needit and never use when trying to serve printer drivers to Windows NT+ 
clients.  It has no effect on Windows 9x clients.
