Why not just ignore it?
Hitting the D key is easy. Takes about 10 secs per day.
You are using just text email, aren't you?
You aren't reading email as root, are you?
If you are really security conscious, you'll create a unique user with
virtually no privileges to read your email.
After that, why worry about attachments?
If you are using Outlook for your email, you have no one to blame but
yourself.
