Seems to me it should run.  I run it on iSeries Linux, which is ppc64
also.  You'll just have the AIX/Linux differences...

Cool.  That's what I've seen on the iSeries.  And I've got several
customers doing this, too (ppc64 Linux on iSeries).  It's not identical,
but 64-bit and PPC...
