Thanks for your reply.

I compared cp1252 vs 8859-15 (1) and cp1252 vs 8859-1 (2) and your right, there is a bigger difference of characters in case (1) than in case (2), 8 more. In fact, those 8 characters do not match between 8859-15 and 8859-1 also. The others characters (27) are in control range of 8859-1/15 (0x80 to 0x9F).
