[Samba] winbind / NT authentication / ssh

I can telnet and ftp to a Linux box using winbind to authenticate
against an NT domain.  I cannot, though, ssh.  Nothing gets logged
anywhere that I can see, which is prtty frustrating.  I've tried several
variations in /etc/pam.d/sshd, even duplicating a config from someone
who has a working setup.  I'm running Red Hat 8.0, samba-2.2.7-2, and
openssh-3.4p1-2
