[Samba] Winbind and Windows 2000 restricted v. pre-W2K compatible access

This solved the problem I posted a whole bunch about on Saturday and
Monday -- thanks.

But this solves my problem in a more satisfactory way -- double thanks!

I do agree with Alex that a note with this information does need to make
it into the winbindd man/HTML page. I had read about the -A option in
the winbindd man page, but its import was unclear to me (probably
because I'm silly).
