[Samba] Samba Machine Domain Registration

Both the PDC and BDC are not listening on port 445 so when I do a:
	smbpasswd -D 100 -r <PDC> -j <DOMAIN>
it fails to connect.

Is there another method to register my Samba server so it can do domain
authentication?
	security = domain
