Setup samba with passdb backend = ldapsam=ldaps://ldap.server.fqdn.here
and ldap suffix = something
users suffix, and so one, setup useradd groupadd, etc scripts path to
the coresponding idealx scripts
join the domain controled by your NT box
then do
net rpc vampire.
And your ldap should be filled in with your old NT4 accounts.
I don't know any other method :-( Sorry.
