[Samba] Wrong password lenght when joining domain

Hi

I did a net rpc vampire from a NT4 Domain, all the 
machines/users/groups imported fine, the problem is, I can't join the 
new domain fromt the w2k workstations :

I get this error at debug level 5 :

I checked the archives but did not find a solution to this, please help
