[Samba] join w2k to samba PDC error

dear List.

I have already configure samba-2.2.7a.mdk.rpm as a PDC. but i cant join 
my w2k pro box to join my new PDC.
I assume something broken in my configuration.

i add machine account that exactly same name with w2k pro box with this 
command
[root at mdk samba]#  /usr/sbin/useradd -g machines  -d /dev/null -c "w2k 
gaos" -s /bin/false gaos$
[root at mdk samba]# passwd -l gaos$
[root at mdk samba]#useradd gaos
[root at mdk samba]#passwd gaos
[root at mdk samba]# smbpasswd -a -m backup

when i tried to join to samba PDC from w2kpro (gaos), samba log said:

i spent sometimes with googling bit with no result, please help me to 
fix this.
