in smbldap_conf.pm
. check if the 'binddn' and 'bindpassword' are priviledge login and
  password that can allow modifications in the directory
. replace _USERS_, _GROUPS_ and _COMPUTERS_ with an appropriate ou like
  'Users', 'Groups' and 'Computers'
