When trying to connect to a samba (2.0.7) server from either a linux box or 
a Win98 box, i fail. Things were going really well until I had to reboot 
the samba machine, and now I get a "tree connect failed: code 0" from 
smbclient, and in the logfiles I get "PANIC failed to set gid". Anyone else 
having this problem?

This is what the logfile says:

Do I have to downgrade to 2.0.6 to make things work again?
