[Samba] Using samba without NetBIOS

No. Samba can run only SMB over TCP/IP. Samba can run SMB with, or without
NetBIOS. NetBIOS over TCP/IP uses port 139, without NetBIOS port 445 is
used.

Samba does NOT allow SMB over IPX.
