I've been searching everywhere and just can't figure out how to change the smbfs read size. Right now its defaulting to 4096 and I'd like to increase it. If I use smbclient to the same server I get a read size of 65536 which speeds my transfers up quite a bit. I'm using kernel 2.4.18 and samba 2.2.3a. Thanks! Dave
