[Samba] Getting access denied on saving file to server. Very infrequent

When saving a file to the server that already exists I get a access denied
sometimes. If you try it with some of the other files in the same folder
it's possible to save the modified file. If you save it as a new file your
all good. I checked the permissions on the files and their all the same so
why does one file work and not the other. Anybody have any answers. Thanks.

This is happening to two diffrent clients of mine so it's not an isolated
case. Thanks for any info.
