[Samba] Sharing a upload dir where users can delete

Hello all

Im having a little sharing problem.. Im trying to share a dir where a user can 
upload files but after he has uploaded the files he will not be able to delete 
the files again.

Smb.conf:
[My Upload]
path = /home/stuff/upload
valid users = <user>
browseable = yes
public = no
writable = yes

The dir:
drwxrwxr-x   2 root  user     4096 Aug 10 15:03 upload


I have come sow far that the user is able to access the dir and he can upload, 
but he i still able to delete his and others files in the upload dir.
I guess the the thing im after is.... 
IS THERE AN ARGUMENT YOU CAN WRITE IN SMB.CONF THAT DISABLES THE DELETE PART..


Hope there is somebody out there that have a answer for my problem
