The actual algorithm used in 3.0beta3 is to give preference to any DC's 
listed in the "password server" line.  However, you can't specify DC's of 
trusted domains.  In that case we do a lookup (using DNS if it is a native 
mode AD trusted domain or netbios lookups otherwise) and then try to match
a DC one our subnet.
