That looks horribly familier to me...
have you made a samba amdins group (smbadmin)? if not make the 
afforementioned group add yourself to it.
and then do a
net groupmap modify ntgroup="Domain Admins" unixgroup=smbadmin
net groupmap modify ntgroup "Domain Users" unixgroup=smbuser

I don't think the user group all work no matter what you do (you'll be 
able to map it but that doesn't matter coz nothing NT4 or 5 all 
recognize it as far as I've noticed)
