[Samba] Setting SeServiceLogonRight ?

We had the same problem with the Papercut print quota software and
workarounded it by giving this domain user service right in the local
security settings of win2k (unfortunatly this didn't worked with winnt,
even though the domain user had service rights on the local machine).

Perhaps this is applicable to your problem, too.
