[Samba] Fails test 8 of smb diag proc

Answered my own question after walking away from the console and doing
something else to clear my mind.

Solution: security = share 

Archive searches weren't returning relevant information. After clearing my
mind I realized that a Google search might be more productive -- and it
was. I searched Google on "samba error 86" and got several useful documents.
