[Samba] printer does not print (stupid question : ( )

Hi,

Jobs submitted from samba are treated as raw octet streams, and these
are not enabled by default in CUPS.

Edit /etc/cups/mime.types and mime.convs, and enable the
application/octet-stream type, or modify smb.conf to pass -oraw to cups
in the printing command.
