[Samba] smbmount ignores iocharset

Pasted from wrong file. iso8859-15 is set. Stil: doesn't work. tried moving
smbmount specific options to the beginning of the options line.
mount returns the following:

//xerxes/mm1 on /mnt/xerxes/d type smbfs (0)

Note the (0) at the end - as if no options had been passed at all.
