[Samba] The parameter in a Samba does not work

In the documentation to a Samba parameters Lock spin time and Lock
spin count for use of the FoxPro are recommended.
At addition of these parameters in a Smb.conf, testing (testparm)
informs: the unknown parameter is ignored.
At start of a Samba too the message: the unknown parameter is ignored.
How correctly these parameters to apply?
