[Samba] Sama as PDC for win2k or winxp

Can I set up samba server to be a pdc for win2k or winxp?

I was also wondering if it is posible for windows clients and mac osx
clients to use the same shares on one server.

for example is I made share on linux machine that is called
"Homes" and configured the share with samba to be accesable to win clients.
Can "homes" also be used by mac os x clients?
