[Samba] Samba and WinXP problem

I got this error as I had an existing network mapping to the samba server -
try a 'net use * /d /y'.

Also I found setting the IP Policies to 'Permit' in Control Panel/Admin
Tools/Local Security made XP start chatting freely.
