no. as i said: it's not released yet.

if you really want to preview acl-functionality for all your filesystems 
you could test the latest development kernel (on top of a current 
suse-release).
it can be found at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/mantel/next/. 
please please read ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/mantel/next/README 
and note that using experimental kernels on production machines is not
a wise decision. :)
