My debian swat configuration looks like this in xinetd.conf:


service swat
{
	socket_type     = stream
	protocol        = tcp
	wait            = no
	user            = root
	server          = /usr/sbin/swat
}

I guess that would work for you too.

the documentation just describes how to configure
inetd for swat, but how do i configure xinetd for swat ?
