[Samba] Small Problem has me Pulling my Hair out

Well I am having some positive reactions here. I finally scrapped the
2.2.1.a version that was preinstalled with RedHat and downloaded the
binaries for 2.2.5-1 and I am looking a little bit better after installing
the version.
I am now able to connect to the Samba server with the smbclient locally on
the server. However, I am still unable to get access to the samba server
form a windows client. Get the standard rude blurp and "The nework path
\\pen-pen\maisis could not be found." From the windows client it does
again appear in the FICMX workgroup but with no available shares. Here is a
copy of my new "smb.conf". I really am thankful for all your responses.
The share I was able to connect to with the local smbclient on the samba
server was "maisis"
