[Samba] Registry Problems after change

I recently changed my samba PDC from Redhat to Debian, and had to change the 
SID.  This meant I had to rejoin the clients into the domain, but it now 
appears that the client win2k machines have problems editing their own 
registries.  Users cannot change their desktop picture, MSN Messenger isn't 
running and mozilla can't update things.  I don't know what the problem is.
