[Samba] XP woes

Found the problem:

Thanks for the reply. I am doing manual creation so this is not the case. I
resolved the issue by  setting the following in the register:

Hkey_local_machine > System > ControlSet001 > Services > netlogon >
paramaters

I set the following to 0

1. requiresignorseal
2. requirestrongkey
3. disablepassword

Note : I don't really know if the signorseal patch from samba only sets the
requiresignorseal b/c
       i applied it again and i had the same problem. after setting this 3
paramaters, i was able
	 to logon again.

I do not know if this can help but I had similar problems with my nt and
win2k clients..
Redhat 7.3 Samba 2.2.5
My errors were due to a typing mistake I made in smb.conf

For the add user script

add user script = /usr/sbin/useradd -d /dev/null -g 100 -s /bin/flase

I mistyped /dev/null instead I typed /dev/nul
