[Samba] "delete list" parameter

Yes, I have a GNU/Linux setup, but I'm not sure how
ACL support could help here to provide a delete permission
on files and directories. As far as I know ACL would provide
fine grained control on a per user/group basis for read,
write and execute, but not delete.
