[Samba] Help for integrated Samba 2.0.6 and Windows NT Server 4.0

It's called winbind, but you will need Samba 2.2.6 (or at least 2.2.3,
but we have been fixing bugs) and it only runs on some systems with
nsswitch or IRIX.
