[Samba] XP connect to Samba as workgroup?

Is there any way to force XP to connect to a Samba 2.2.6 server in
workgroup mode?  I have computers that use Netware for email (Client32),
and am not desirous of setting up another domain controller.

What I need to do is be able to connect to the Samba box, run some
software packages off the shared Samba server (educational software).
