[Samba] username map with NT groups

It appears that this functionality is only available in the Samba 3.0
(CVS) branch using smbgroupedit. From what I understand smbgroupedit
will not be incorporated into Samba 2.2.x branch, so if you really need
the mapping you'll have to build your samba from the 3.0/head branch.
