[Samba] Two nmbd processes on 2.2.6

Thanks guys - I never knew that!  Thinking about it all my Samba stuff
before has been integrated into existing Windows domains.

What a wasted afternoon for me!

if wins support is set to yes then two nmbd's are running. if you set it
to no it is only one nmbd..
