[Samba] Problems with Windows XP reading Big 5 Code on Samba Server

Currently I have problems with windows xp reading the Samba Server's
Directories that have Big 5 Code, or aka funny looking ascii characters.
What happens is that win xp reads the ascii characters differently on
the samba server only.. If there is a fix please let me know
