[Samba] Logon error "Your account has been disabled" from Windows 2000 cl ient to a Samba PDC

Can someone offer some assistance please regarding me not being able to
logon from my W2K client to a Samba DC. A dialog box is returned "Your
account has been disabled". Note I am relatively new to Samba but have
followed the instructions as per "The unofficial Samba howto"
http://hr.uoregon.edu/davidrl/samba.html I am able to join the machine to
the domain.
