[Samba] Windows 98 machines

Make sure that win98 use encrypted passwords.

Check regkey:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\VNETSUP]
"EnablePlainTextPassword"=dword:00000000

If it is "dword:00000001" this machine use cleartext password.
If this key isn't available encrypted password in use.
