[Samba] How to make changed smb.conf effect without restarting Samba?

=09I am runing Samba in RetHat 7.3, and How to take the new changed=
 smb.conf file into operation, if I don't restart Samba by=
 "/etc/rc3.d/S91smb restart". 
=09For example, I have set a machine in "hosts deny" field. and now=
 I remove the machine form the field, and I still can't access my=
 Linux machine except restarting Samba. How can I achieve it=
 without restarting Samba? I am longing for your reply.
