[Samba] Shared folder / Samba issue

Michael,

You could always set the owner and group of the public directory to be
SUID. This will force all files to be created bythe same public user and
group. Then you can set the "force user = 'a_user'", and "force group =
'a_group'" in the share parameters. That should give you what you want.
