[Samba] File/folder security options?

Hello,

Is it possible to change the file and foleder security options in the NT 
  PDC when the folders and files are on a samba2.2.6.pre2 server.


Folder's
\\smbtest\share\Administrator
\\smbtest\share\Joe
\\smbtest\share\Mary

I would like to be abel to modify folders permissions from the Win2k PDC 
  so that only joe has the permission to access his directory but all 
users can access Marys folder. And admin group members would be abel to 
access the Administrator folder. And if thing needed then just make a 
new folder and modify its options for its needs.

Is it possible?
