[Samba] roaming profiles on win98

Hi,
Turn off local passwords, that is, del user.pwl and login again as that user and
don't give them a local password.
Roaming profiles, while it sounds like a good idea, seems to have more problems then
it's worth. At least that's the impression I get lurking here.
