I read your config and found one problem
encrypt passwords = No
this settings is only for wfw and old clients or when you use it you must
change set in your w2k registry config.
Best way is set
encrypt passwords = Yes
and then restart smb and try login
When not wok try recreate users with you must delete /etc/samba/smbpass..
file
and newly add users with smbpasswd -a  command.
