[Samba] Configuring samba to accept existing NDS/LDAP universal accounts

Dear Colleagues,
  I would like to be able to force NDS/LDAP authentication and forget about local accounts in /etc/passwd, smbusers, etc.  We are already doing the same type of process for http clients using PAM authentication modules.
