[Samba] rsync problem

Hai

I am using rsync-2.5.4-2  on redhat Linux 7.3.

when I am trying to do rsync  with other host,I am getting the following
error.


[satya at sgsvr01 tmp]$ rsync rs.sh 9.187.12.15::tmp/
rsync: failed to connect to 9.187.12.15: Connection timed out
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(89)

I have seen,both servers are  listening at port 873 (rsync)


Please suggest where I am doing wrong
