[Samba] Force User -

 Why you dont use ftp?
Is more flexible as samba to web.
When you must use samba try disable force user and create cron job to change
owner on new files to apache.
It creates flexibility to  users can change uploaded files only by its owner
and only by time to cron job.
After this only admin user can change or delete.
