[Samba] Samba "save as" problem

Hi,

I am running samba 2.2.3a-6 on debian kernel 2.2.19pre17
When trying to do a "save as" on a document from windows 98.
The document gets reset to 0 bytes.

This only happens when saving over an existing document.

Any thoughts...
