[Samba] Cross-subnet browsing

Thanks Simon,

I had wondered if the ip helper address I put in for
DHCP (running on the samba server) was causing this.

I wasn't getting very far in proving/disproving it though.
(Lot's of reading tcpdump's manpage!)

I'll put these changes in place right away.
