Hi there,

I got some problems, with sharing printers to W2K-Clients.

I can successfully install printers on W2K-Client
from the samba-server (samba-2.2.1a), but when I click
on the printer (h1p on woodstock), I got the error message
on the W2K-Client:
Access denied, unable to connect.
The logfile on the samba-server says:
[2002/05/29 08:06:17, 3] rpc_server/srv_spoolss_nt.c:(812)
access DENIED for printer open

Here is my smb.conf
[global]
        workgroup = HAG
        #security = SERVER
        security = USER
        encrypt passwords = Yes
        #password server = saturn
        log level = 3
        log file = /usr/local/samba/var/log.%m
        max log size = 1000
        character set = ISO8859-1
        local master = No
        domain master = No
        preserve case = Yes
        short preserve case = No
        #username map = /usr/local/samba/lib/users.map
        printing = bsd
        printcap name = /etc/printcap
[printers]
        comment = All Printers
        path = /tmp
        guest ok = yes
        create mask = 0700
        printable = Yes
        browseable = No

Any ideas ?

Thanks
Richard
